Delivering a Seamless Passenger Experience at Terminal T3

In collaboration with the Ministry of Public Security and strategic partners, Galaxy One successfully deployed a full-journey electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) biometric authentication solution at Terminal T3.

Completed in a record-breaking 14 days, the project significantly outpaced the typical implementation timeline for airport technology initiatives. The solution leverages biometric authentication and digital identity verification to enable passengers to complete check-in, security screening, and boarding through a seamless, paperless process with minimal manual verification.

By reducing waiting times, improving identity verification accuracy, and enhancing operational efficiency, the solution delivers a safer and more seamless airport experience. The project reinforces Vietjet Air’s leadership in airport digital transformation while demonstrating Galaxy One’s expertise in deploying Digital Identity, Biometric Authentication, and Smart Airport solutions at enterprise scale.
