To enhance the quality of life and competitive positioning of the SwanBay urban area, Galaxy One developed and deployed a comprehensive Resident App ecosystem. The application integrates core features, including smart resident management and an exclusive waterway ticketing system (SwanBay Boat). Currently, over 2.345 units are managed centrally, supporting 5,000 residents in their daily activities through the app. This solution not only digitizes the operational management infrastructure but also creates a unique competitive advantage, elevating the premium living experience for the project.
